Engaging leveled passages are provided for fluency instruction and practice. The three reading passage options for each skill are approximately 25 words, 50 words, and 70+ words in length. Students are given multiple opportunities to read and write words with the targeted decoding skill while connecting them to meaningful text.

Each lesson includes activating prior knowledge, vocabulary review, word-level fluency practice, connected text practice, comprehension questions, and phoneme-grapheme mapping of the targeted skill. Students graph their progress, increasing motivation and providing immediate feedback on their success.

This program can be used as an intervention, prevention, or extension for first grade and up. The lessons are complete and ready to go, making them perfect for classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, tutors, or homeschoolers.
