Elements of the Night is an exploration of deep intimacy, loss, embodiment, and liberation, structured around the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. Each section inhabits a distinct emotional set of lived experiences and psychological transformation through desire, rupture, grounding, and renewal.

The collection emerged during sleepless nights, written to quiet an anxious mind searching for sensuality and truth. At times, these poems were the only form of expression I could tolerate. The words came reflexively, guided by instinct, spilling from my body, shaped by raw vulnerability offering an embodied excavation of what lies beneath the surface.

Every experience, emotion, and person that inspired and ultimately moved through this work is loved. Therefore, this book is not for interpretation. Please allow yourself to feel each sensation- feel the chemistry, pain, lust, loss, and catharsis the poems carry. Feel human in our most basic, raw form.
