Mathematically intense, but clear

I bought this book to learn the mathematical model behind a classic queuing problem - the problem of finite sources waiting for service - and how this applies to telephone traffic modelling. This is often called the 'repairman' problem.The book answered all my questions, and covered a huge wealth of other queuing solutions as well.
