Elemenati: Voluntary Purification with the Elements

By Jahn Hooks

Earth, water, fire, air, and space are bodies of God.

Elemenati is a field manual for voluntary purification. It meets the elements as brothers and sisters in Christ, kin who share the mercy, grace, and joy of the Lord, and it gives the reader something to do every day: bare feet on the ground, a bath taken as a meeting, fifteen minutes beside a flame, the breath connected, and an hour of silence under the sky.

Drawing on Leonard Orr's spiritual purification practices, Tibetan B n, the Tamil Siddhas, Lakota elders, Omraam Mikha l A vanhov, Walter Russell, the Church Fathers, and Scripture, it treats purification as a pleasure and the elements as an icon of God.

Inside:

- The elements as bodies of God, and as kin in Christ

- Earth, water, fire, air, and space, each with daily practices

- The cross and the five-pointed star of the elements

- Plato's crystal shapes and the order hidden in matter

- The elements inside our phones and machines

- Carrying the cross daily through the elements

- A daily kinship and an eight-week course for students and groups

Whatever is not purified voluntarily will still be purified involuntarily. Elemenati shows the willing way, and shows that it is joyful.
