Today's world is entirely preoccupied with the influence of information technology on social relations, whether it's the increasingly intense use of the internet in the practice of contracts between individuals and companies, or the use of information technology in the field of public areas, such as tax, administrative and criminal relations, above all because new so-called "atypical" behaviours are emerging all the time. The Law, which regulates social facts, is in no way tied in knots when it comes to dealing with this problem, which is progressively added to by technology and which will not stop there, always renewing itself in the face of human needs. In this way, when the Judiciary is faced with unusual situations arising from the consequences of technology and, in particular, the internet, it finds itself on the brink of an abyss due to the speed with which problems arise. In this simple book, we have sought to demonstrate the need to accept new paradigms for resolving and protecting contracting parties, which is necessary if the reliability of such contracting is to be the same as that traditionally practised, with guaranteed security.
