Good Common Sense

I have run my own business for about 8 years now and realized that I had fallen into a rut, I wasn't growing financially anymore so I was looking for something that would help get me over the hump. The book really has some good sound advice on when to hire more man power and it's very informative about how to keep your taxes and overhead low. The only thing I noticed was the text was a little dated but it didn't change the fact that it was still a good reliable source of information.
