Die Ausfuhrungen zu den Eigentumstheorien von Grotius, Cumberland, Locke, Hume, Rousseau und Kant verfolgen das Ziel, die rechtsphilosophischen Vorstellungen der Autoren als solche verstandlich zu machen. Es wird entsprechend versucht, die Theorie-Tradition, die in die jeweilige Konzeption eingeht, freizulegen, den inneren Zusammenhang, in dem die Vorstellungen zum Eigentum oder Besitz mit den ubrigen philosophischen Positionen des Autors stehen, zu klaren und die Gedanken zu rekonstruieren, durch die der Autor seine jeweilige Theorie als objektive und ideologiefreie zu begrunden sucht.The possession theories of Grotius, Cumberland, Locke, Hume, Rousseau and Kant are detailed in pursuing the aim of making the authors' respective legal-philosophical conceptions, as such, understandable. It is correspondingly attempted: first, to expose the theory-tradition in which the conception is embodied; second, to demonstrate the coherence of the Possession theory with the remaining philosophical opinions of the author; and third, to reconstruct the ideas through which the author seeks to substantiate objectively, and free from ideology, his respective theory.
