This book exposes how the Ego penetrates a person's life from childhood to adulthood. It gives examples of how Ego has been operating in my life from home chores as a child, work-life, political and Christian life. It exposes the specific examples of how it has been operating from the hiding while being construed as the true soul. It highlights how the Ego cooperates with both evil spirits and negative thoughts to destroy the life of a person, regardless of the age. It outlines how the mind is the entrance of negative thoughts. It outlines the process I went through to discover the Ego operations in my life. It elaborates on how I finally managed to overcome the Ego domination in my life. It was only after I find the true Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour that I managed to defeat the Ego. It was after I discovered that internal quietness and stillness are the keys to spot on negative thinking and eventually identify the influence of the Ego. It highlights the importance of dropping past failures and the projections of the future so that one can live an effective life in the present moment. It emphasises that life is now, the past is gone and the future is yet to come, hence it must wait. It uncovers strategies on how to defeat the Ego by identifying that the Kingdom of Heaven is in our hearts. It also equates negative thinking to the kingdom of darkness. It maintains that there are only two kingdoms-heaven and darkness). It helps the reader with strategies on how to live daily, by recognising the egoist thoughts instantly. It emphasises the power of decision not to allow the Ego to mess up one's life anymore. It picks up that even though in most cases egoist thoughts are geared towards fellow human beings, our fight is not against people. Human beings are not our enemies, our enemies are unforeseen forces that generate and cooperate with ego to destroy our own and other people's lives. It emphasises the point that the Ego grows faster in the environment where there is no self-love. Self-love is the key to the defeat of the Ego. You cannot give what you do not have. The Ego tends to crush positive thinking and promote negative thinking. It outlines how the collective Ego destroys an individual faster than the personal Ego. The Ego knows how to attract a similar type of Ego into a person's life, and the person will be surrounded by the wrong people who are just there to mess up and cause stagnation in the life of the person. It lists the actions a reader needs to take to help the world and come to peace with oneself in disarming the Ego. It entails self-help reflection activities to help the reader to identify ego problems in their lives and eventually solve them.
