The perfect preparation for any speech - en dat meen ik.

Leuk, veel toepasselijk psychologisch onderzoek. Erg leuk geschreven door iemand die duidelijk het terrein kent. Handige 'summary sheets' aan het eind van ieder hoofdstuk. Met dit boek wordt de speech een stuk minder gevaarlijk. Grondige kennis van het Engels lijkt me wel aanbevolen.
