This research was conducted in Goma town, Nord Kivu province in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2014-2016. Its findings indicate that Effective Leadership in the workplace hinges on the ability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively for the productivity of the organization. Leaders must create an environment where conflicts are identified and solved timely. Key leadership traits such as open communication, active listening, and empathy are prioritized at workplace. Everyone must play a positive role at workplace to minimize the risk of collapsing the organization's vision. By addressing conflict timely and sensitively, leaders can foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
