The purpose of this book is to draw attention to the errors of notification that occur in eviction proceedings. This is due, on the one hand, to the understanding of eviction as one of the most unfortunate legal mechanisms put into practice by the tenancy legislation, guarantor of the rights of possession, property and decent housing; and, on the other hand, to the consideration of the notification as the element of the process that brings knowledge about it to the parties and allows a contradictory trial to take place. Thus, it is a matter of reviewing the errors that are made when it comes to notification and which jeopardize the protection of a multitude of interrelated rights (property, possession, housing, defense, effective protection, information).
