Effect of Planting Densities on Lettuce Production

This experiment conducted at Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krushi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani, Maharashtra In India. In Parbhani area, the soil is medium to black with well water percolation. In this experiment two type of lettuce i.e. green and red lettuce were used to see the effect of various plant spacings ( lower to higher) in open field condition on plant and root growth, leaves yield and quality.
