They remark that students in the USA lack the broad foundation of knowledge necessary to cope with post industrial society and maintains that there is a need to develop " courses in the humanities, social science and natural sciences that challenge young people to think synthetically and to understand that the essence of education is the courage and ability to make value judgements. Hence foreign high schools hope liberal studies can train every student to make personal judgement and analysis ability to decide to make any matters more accurate. Also, it explains why foreign high schools permit high school students to select this liberal studies subject to study. Because foreign high schools feel that this subject is one free choice interesting subject. Some students won't feel that teaching hoe to make personal judgement and analysis, which will not bring useful knowledge to help them to find any jobs to do or they feel that social any occupations won't need to learn liberal studies knowledge or this subject does not relate to help their career development.Otherwise, in some Asian countries, such as Hong Kong, high schools feel that this subject is not only interesting subject, it is art subject. These Hong Kong schools feel this liberal studies can develop in learners open mindedness, rational thinking, citizenship, multiculturalism and the ability to make value judgements and it should also promote the integration of useful knowledge and involve the use of enquiry for teaching. So, it explains that why Hong Kong high schools must need have this liberal studies subject to be taught and students must be learnt to pass in order to enroll any universities to study successfully.Hong Kong high schools feel this subject must help students to be trained to make more accurate judgement and accurate analysis mind and skills. If the Hong Kong high schools have more this subject to be taught to learn its students to learn. Then, the high school students can not confirm or ensure they own accurate judgement and analysis skills or abilities to prepare their further occupation development or career development successfully. For example, recently Hong Kong many high school students who are persuaded to force to crash Hong Kong government legislative building and Hong Kong police force building as well as they bring crowd to stay on driving roads to cause traffic jam, even any buses, taxies, cars, lorries, trams etc. transportation tools can not be driven to go through any driving roads absolutely. Hence, this liberal studies subject can bring negative influence to Hong Kong liberal studies learning students to encourage them to do the anti-social behaviors when themselves feel dissatisfactory or sad or unhappy to Hong Kong government's policy implementation nowadays. It reflects or implies that Hong Kong liberal studies subject teachers had persuaded or they had encouraged these Hong Kong high school students to anti-social behaviors easily. If Hong Kong high schools chose liberal studies subject was on select ( choice) subject or withdraw this subject must be taught in schools. Then, I believe that Hong Kong students won't choose to do anti-social behaviors to complaint their Hong Kong government more easier, because Hong Kong liberal studies high school teachers ' anti-social psychology will influence how their teaching attitudes to be taught to their students as well as how they teach anti-society or anti-Hong Kong government knowledge to let their students to learn or their teaching behaviors will influence their students ought do anti-social behaviors, it is right after this liberal studies course is finished.
