How did Gramps become the person he is today? Along with experiences like everybody else, Roy has also had some interesting and entertaining experiences that nobody else could have had. Roy learned from rare unsuspected happenings injected into his life from somewhere outside of his control. "Why me?," he often asked. He really wanted to know.

This book contains some of Roy's true life adventures of unique experiences that provided an education far beyond academia. Roy entered into and rode the birthing tidal waves of both the computer industry and deep space exploration. He started the word processing industry. He came up with the best pun ever, as in 'last, but not least'.

Most revealing about who he became are his beliefs about the future, prejudice, lawyers, and prayer. His adventures and humor chronicled here are entertaining and enjoyable short histories sampling the good parts of his life.
