Must Have for Any Kenpo Student

SGM Ed Parker's quotes in this book are not only applicable to martial arts but to life in general. Even though I bought this book years ago, I still find myself referring to it/quoting it; sometimes I look through it for inspiration in my training, sometimes for comfort when things get tough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the serious Kenpo student and students from other martial arts may find value in it as well. :)
