This study analyzes the echocardiographic findings in patients with Chagas disease treated at the Hospital de Chiquimula between 2020 and 2024. The research reveals frequent cardiac alterations, such as reduced ejection fraction, diastolic dysfunction, atrial dilatation and mitral insufficiency, providing key information for the diagnosis and clinical management of this endemic pathology in Guatemala.
