An exploration of a wide variety of exotic street specialities available across the world. Pictures and text describe ingredients, show how dishes are prepared, explain unique dining experiences and explore regional culinary traditions.

Anyway, this book (I misplaced my precious and well-thumbed copy) is a testament to the visual pleasures of street food.
