One of my favourite cookbooks!

I love this cookbook. The recipes are unique and fresh. Each recipe has a photo, that is really important to me. Granted, the measurements are European (Australian to be precise) but when planning a menu, a few minutes at an online conversion guide should help with that. These recipes are really too good to pass up just because of unfamiliar weights and measures. Once you get the hang of them, it opens up a lot more cooking/recipe possibilities.I definately recommend this book to anyone who is very visual and needs photos of each recipe.
