Good text on MARC cataloging

Scott writes a thorough manual that will take you through cataloging in MARC. He knows his stuff! This is a good basic reference for beginning catalogers.

Great for the Beginner

This book is a wonderful help in understanding how cataloging fits into the MARC format. The author takes you step by step and note by note on how to enter, what to enter, and what it needs to look like.
