Welcome to Lawrence Reed's debut poetry book. He has regularly contributed to the collaborative writing project For The Many Not The Few. Lawrence's writing takes you on an epic journey from start to finish. His style is distinctive, individual and idiosyncratic. I adore the sui generis of his unique genre. Whilst compiling his work I caught sight of Tolkien, Alasdair Gray, Buddhism; wisps of Stephen Hawking and Blake; flavours of Greek Mythology, Faust and karma. But mostly I absorbed Lawrence. I defy you not to be inspired after reading his poetry.
