A young widow's journal of shock and grief as she and her three children mourn the loss of husband and father. (from description by Hunterdon Hospice) This description may be from another edition of this product.
This was an excellent book, written in journal format. It allows a widow especially a young widow to discover that the feelings and emotions that you are going though are normal. Brings to light that you may have blessings that you are not aware of or others do not have. This book was the number one thing that helped me to handle my husbands death. I had just turned 31, a single parent and scared with no one to turn to. This book was better than group counseling as most of the people in group were older widows.
