Bill Carlson was a simple accountant. Now he is serving a life sentence in prison, where he meets Kate Miller through her church. Kate's life had been marred with tragedies and mishaps before she met Bill, but after she meets him, attempts are made on her life and the lives of those she cares for the most. When Kate and Bill get married, Kate meets some interesting people and endures many trials, which she turns to God to help her through.
