Incredibly inaccurate recipes

We’ve tried two recipes out of this book so far. Wildly inaccurate ingredient lists. For example, the lemon orange cake recipe did not have powdered sugar as a listed ingredient for the glaze. Then the instructions say to add the powdered sugar and more as needed. Huh? I didn’t know it called for powdered sugar seeing as it wasn’t on the list!! How could the editors of this book — whose sole purpose is to provide recipes — not have tested out or even just proof read the book? The stuffed pork chop recipe also made wayyyyyyy too much stuffing that could have tripled the number of pork chops the ingredients called for. Sad I wasted money on this book. Very disappointed.
