This book helps us a students, researchers to develop a transmission system by using ratchet and pawl mechanism. Two different liquids such as oil/water/others can be transmitted by a single power source by augmenting ratchet and pawl mechanism in the prime mover. A mechanism which directs the power from one source to another, by changing the direction of rotation of the main power source and to provide an arrangement which has the capability of doing more than one operation by using a single power source without changing the conventional operation.
