Speaking without the use of "NO and NOT"

A very good friend let me borrow this book. The book is a very quick read. The author points out a several simple language tips that help in delivering a well understood message. Lesson number one, eliminate the "No's and Not's". The suggestions in this book I have found clears up a lot of confusion in conversation, while expanding the use of vocabulary.
