Drop Dead Brent Walker

Brent Walker was a motocross sensation, his name plastered across billboards and magazines. Men wanted to be him, women wanted to be with him. But no one knew Brent like Lily did. They were high school sweethearts, engaged to be married until Brent chose his career over her and left Lily standing at the altar. Unbeknownst to Brent, Lily was pregnant with their child, Cory, whom she raised alone while running her own bakery.

Years later, Brent returns to town as a favor to his retired friend Sam, the only person who knows how much Brent regrets leaving Lily. When Brent sees Lily again, he realizes that this is his chance to right his wrongs and win her back. But Lily is still resentful of Brent for abandoning her and their child.

As Brent spends more time with Cory, he becomes an amazing father. He also learns that Lily wrote him letters over the years, but they were never delivered because a woman he was dating threw them away. When Brent confesses this to Lily, she withdraws from him, feeling hurt and betrayed once again.

Despite the obstacles in their way, Brent and Lily are repeatedly thrown together, with Cory trying to reunite his parents. Vince, the owner of the bar where Lily used to work and who wants her for himself, lurks in the background as a potential threat. As Brent and Lily struggle to rebuild their relationship, they ultimately find love again and get married. They even have another child, a daughter named Penelope.

Lily is a funny, kind-hearted woman with blonde hair, dark green eyes, and curves reminiscent of a 1950s pinup model. Brent is a dark-haired badass with almost black eyes and a reputation as a motocross god. Their story is one of heartbreak, forgiveness, and second chances.

This tear-jerker of a novel combines comedy, romance, and erotica, with plenty of steamy sex scenes featuring hair-pulling and filthy language. But at its core, it's a story about two people who learn to love each other again after years of pain and regret.
