Drooping Head Revealing Scleromyositis

In this publication, we present a clinical case of scleromyositis (overlap myositis combining myositis with scleroderma), revealed by an atypical clinical sign-drooping of the head-with favorable therapeutic and prognostic outcomes. Our case was compared to a Tunisian retrospective study, taking into account the disease-revealing sign, clinical signs and associated antibodies, and response to treatment. We will also present in this volume a summary of inflammatory myopathies, overlap myositis, and their diagnostic criteria, as well as Dropped Head Syndrome and its main causes.
