DRIVE THE SUN (Large Format)

My journey to "DRIVE THE SUN" began with an Aptera prose simply called "My Aptera." It was written, then posted on the DRIVE THE LIGHTNING YouTube Channel August 13th, 2022. I had pre-ordered my solar powered Aptera months earlier in April 2022.I continually searched for updates after pre-ordering it, wanting to learn more of Aptera's progress, production timeline, and eventual delivery,

That resulted in my discovery of Chad & Sarah Monroe's DRIVE THE LIGHTNING (DTL) YouTube Channel. The first words for the first Aptera prose, "My Aptera" came from a growing excitement and endearment of the vehicle shared on and by the DRIVE THE LIGHTNING YouTube Channel. I continued writing new prose with a drive that was fed by the enthusiasm of other future Aptera owners seen in videos created and hosted by the fun, joyful and informative (DTL) dynamic duo of Chad & Sarah Monroe.

Chad & Sarah validated my words, writing and creativity by posting many of prose memes on their (DTL) YouTube Channel's Community page. I offered and gave permission for them to use my prose in any way they though could generate revenue to help cover their channel's equipment, travel, etc. costs. Hence, Chad expressed an interest to possibly publish my prose as a coffee tabletop book. Over 100 online short literary works followed in an increasing speed over the ensuing 4 months cumulating and resulting in the initial collection of Aptera and DRIVE THE LIGHTNING prose that was initially published in February 2023 as my first book, the smaller 6" x 9" formatted DRIVE THE SUN.

My writing and prose memes continued to evolve, improve with an almost daily exercise in creating new content inspired by the Aptera vision of solar mobility, giving us positive possibilities for a greener, more sustainable, brighter future. The journey of Aptera prose continued from and with DRIVE THE SUN, onto 4 more books. SOLAR MOBILITY was my 2nd of my DRIVE THE SUN series. This was followed by my 3rd book, OFF THE GRID, then my 4th, SOLARVERSE, and my 5th, the last of the DRIVE THE SUN series, INTENT ON APTTERA.
