"Dreams Come True" is the follow up to "Dream Big For Me." The author's son was hospitalized with a severe brain injury at just 6 weeks of age. The doctors gave her son a dismal prognosis if he survived the injury. She was in partial denial and disbelief because this wasn't the plan or dream she had for her son. Her denial of the prognosis landed her in counseling and her children in foster care. This almost destroyed her but God somehow gave her strength not to give up.
