Dreamers tells a tale of the Sandman that you have never heard before. He has long bleach blonde hair that is dark at the roots. He wears sneakers and dog tags and carries a backpack. The sand that he brings to people is made of particles of pure and solid faith. One grain of it can be used to accomplish any miracle big or small, and it always turns out better than you hoped. It isn't tricky like magic genies, and there is no limit on the number of wishes granted. The story is set in the last days and in the future. It is told by the main character named Natalie who changes the world forever once she gets a visit from the Sandman. She even goes to the garden of Eden and witnesses and affects the very beginning of life on Earth.
The tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil are described with shocking and fitting details that make you wonder if the author must have really seen them. If you like twists and turns, you will like this story. The tale progresses quickly and is inspired by the "lost books," the Holy Bible, other books of scripture including The Book of Mormon Another Testament of Jesus Christ, and what remains of the old Norse religion.
