Don't Pass This Up!

You will immediately identify with Ms. Nash's character; Adrianna. Who doesn't know how it feels to pursue a dream? Some days you get a hold of them and others you fall flat on your face. Ms. Nash takes us on a day to day journey into the world of a wannabee starlet. You'll be allowed to sit in on auditions, friendships, romances, heartache, heartbreak, and much needed soul searching.Adrianna's writings touches the soul of every artist out there in pursuit of a dream.

Great Debut!

Ms. Nash has introduced the reader to the intimate life of Adrianna Whittaker, a struggling actress who faces issues that are painfully real. Among the issues that she faces are: how to stay afloat financially while following her dreams of becoming a star; how to maintain a stable relationship built on trust after one's heart has been betrayed; and how to face discrimination without becoming disenchanted or bitter? All of these issues are masterfully dealt with by this fresh[wo]man writer. I applaud Ms. Nash for her excellent work. I look forward to reading her sophomore publication.

Believe in DreamCity

If you world is surrounded by to much drama and you want to escape to someone else's life than DreamCity is the book for you! Adrianna Whittaker's world is self-centered, fun, sexy, selfish, painful, up, down and all around. Her troubles are real, ridiculos, and heartwarming all at the same time. Reading her diary every day makes her extremely real to me. I wonder if I'm standing next to her on the street everyday. Sibylla Nash has done a great job in bringing her to life.

A Winner

I just got finish reading DreamCity and couldn't help but jump online to write and talk about Adrianna. I wish the author had a DreamCity bookclub that I could join. DreamCity will have you talking back to the book. You will hate, love, feel sorry and then hope for the best for the self-involved Adrianna and her friends. This is a winner. If anyone have any info on a bookclub or the author please feel free to email me at maniluv@aol.com

Hollywood Shuffle

I work in Hollywood and thought the observations of some of the players (actuals and wannabes) were quite on target. Loved the whole Genx X angst. It's something about reading a book in diary format that makes you feel like you're getting the real skinny on things. In DreamCity, you feel like you're peeking over Adrianna's shoulder.
