Roy Andersen obviously has a wonderful talent as a painter and I'm happy that he turned his attention to depicting western scenes with Native Americans from the 1800s. The text is on the light side and mostly fluff. While I would have appreciated something more substantial in the text department, it's the art that I was most interested in. And again, this part of the book doesn't disappoint. Andersen is up there with Howard Terpning, Robert Griffing and a few others. My only gripe was the mention of God several times throughout the book. I don't believe Andersen has anyone to thank but himself for his talent. Just my opinion.
