Their shared existence for 60 years is the utmost dream that Mark Nwagwu danced. All of the author's dreams - the luminous academic career as a professor of cell and molecular biology, a renowned scientist, sportsman, intervention in youth leadership, his prodigious talent as a creative writer, a father, and grandfather - are defined and enveloped in Helen.
