Good for the over 50 age group as well

I read this book eagerly. I have been struggling to find a job suitable to my experience. I am not one of those baby boomers who are retiring. I need to work till I am 65. Ageism abounds in the workplace. This book offered me new insights to continue on, dream my job. I will never take a junk job again. Its upward and up for me. Thank you for the new motivation.

For the past year, I have been toying with the idea of making a career move. This Book is a Great Value

This book is fantastic! It has great information not only about how we hold ourselves back from reaching our goals but, more importantly, it gives practical solutions and ideas about what to do to overcome those barriers. In addition the quizzes are useful and helped me to get more focused on what it is that I really want to do. Another thing worth mentioning is the great value - most books in this price range are thin (and so typically don't offer any great substance). This book has nearly 400 pages and is packed with good advice. I highly recommend this book for anyone thinking of a career change.
