He tries to reason with Mr. Marshall with explanations of the dreadful effects of the sale of arms to countries in conflict. Mr. Marshall bitterly opposes him and hires an assassin to kill the Secretary-General. While the battle continues between Marshal and Burrell, automatic rifles from their company, find their way to the African continent and are used in dreadful battle roving from conflict to conflict. Mr. Burrell out of compassion has unlawfully adopted three African teenagers. Mr. Marshall informs the immigration office and in an unsuspecting moment, the children are taken by the immigration office and deported. When Mr. Burrell is informed of Mr. Marshall reporting to the immigration office he is overwhelmed with fury.
