This novel is about the biblical Moses and Pharaoh's Daughter who saved the infant Moses from death in the Nile, called the "River" by the Egyptians. This story assumes that Hatshepsut is the Pharaoh's Daughter that saved Moses, adopted him and then educated him as an Egyptian.
