The implementation of an information system has become indispensable for companies, as it provides structured access to data, saves significant amounts of time and improves productivity, profitability and overall performance.Today, the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is becoming increasingly popular, thanks to the efficiency and ease of management they offer.The aim of this project is to prepare and analyze the data required for production planning at Cartonnerie El-Amine. A set of specifications was defined in order to select the most efficient ERP best suited to the company's needs.
