DragonFlash: The Skipping Stones of Time

By Brad W. Beatty

A Time War. A Broken Bloodline. One boy and his dragon caught between the past and the end of the world.

When college dropout Nathan Thorne follows a tugging compass and a trail of impossible coincidences, he thinks his life is coming apart. Instead, he discovers the truth. His father is a missing time soldier. His childhood was stolen and reassembled in a different decade. And the strange nightmares that haunt him are not dreams at all... they are echoes of a war across history that has already begun.

Ripped from ordinary life and thrown into Banifree, a city that exists outside of time, Nathan is bound to Braegor, a legendary dragon shaped by his own past sins. Together, they join the Wyrmguard, riders who defend the fragile Core Flows of history from fracture and corruption. Their enemy is Lucien Vale, a brilliant survivor from a devastated future who believes that rewriting history is the only way to save humanity.
