The Dragonlord worries about the Rangers trapped within Saggeese's borders. He fears that their isolation from the rest of the Rangers endangers them so he assembles a Team including Teams Kira, Senshiiro and Ayenhayze and orders them to infiltrate Saggeese under the guise of a Trade Guild to protect the Rangers in Saggeese. He also suggests that this might be a chance for Aurora to win back the loyalty she had lost from the people of Saggeese. The enemy appears to be aware of their arrival and he sends a storm after them. The Rangers are introduced to those from the new Guild. When Aurora is introduced, everyone is excited and believe that her survival is the miracle they hope for. Now they hope with Aurora's help to rebel against Erikkus Di Devilli and retake Saggeese. This makes Aurora sad and angry since she does not understand how they could have forgotten about their revolt against her family. Reis informs Aurora that he intends to stick by her side as long as their ideals align but advises her against hating her people since that would mean Armageddon's victory. Aurora confronts her people once more and reveals her intentions. The Rangers decide that though they cannot instigate a war, they can still send a clear message to Erikkus Di Devilli by reviving the broken spirits of the Saggeesians, 'We Are Watching". As the comrades journey towards the Port, where one of the Fairs will be held, Reis begins to feel an oppressive atmosphere, as though he is being watched. He notices Sir Raphael looking at the sky and when Sir Raphael tells him not to let the enemy's presence bother him since he can't do anything about it, he realizes that the Dragon Knight already knows they are being watched. Alpha warns Reis in a dream that Galigaos has infiltrated Benedict's Ark and the Dragon Knights put on a show that blinds the enemy.
