Dr. Vila craves a change of scenery, and without a second thought, she accepts the position of medical director at a hospital in Gerona, relocating to her old house in a coastal village nearby.

Now, Dr. Vila has two missions: lead the medical team and aid Dr. Teloy. There's something about Teloy that has piqued her interest, and she's not ready to give up on her.
