Interesting approach to Dr Laura

I don't agree with everything that Tracy writes in her book, but I do agree with her assessment of Dr Laura. A very interesting and readable book that will stimulate the readers thinking.

Balanced and thoughtful

A tiny little book with a lot of power. Ms. Christian is fair but clearly states her arguments against Dr. Laura's particular brand of morality.A satisfying evening's read.

Ms. Christian is right on the mark; Dr. Laura's way off base

People need to hear the more rational approach to achieving self-fulfillment and thanks to Ms. Christian, now they can. Thankyou, Ms. Christian, for restoring my faith in the inherent fairness of an open mind. We need more tolerance in our world, and tolerance is not a concept that "Dr." Laura understands--or practices.

Refreshing opinions regarding Dr. Laura's authoritative view

In my opinion, the author does an excellent job of presenting alternative view points without bashing Dr. Laura personally. The issues the author addresses in her book are important to everyone, but especially women. Unlike Dr. Laura who only allows for two classifications of people (those who are totally good because they accept her opinons and view points without question and those who are totally bad because they question or even disagree with her view points) "Dr. Laura Gets On My Nerves", leaves room on the continuum for other opinions, options, and beliefs. It is a book that most everyone will enjoy reading.

Informative. Puts "Dr.Laura" in her place, wherever that is!

Very good! Have been waiting for someone to say in text what I've thought for some time. I Feel she, "Dr. Laura", needs to "just shut up" already, and listen to her caller. People who call want someone to talk to. She rarely gives them that chance. After reading this authors' opinion it ensures me that it's ok to be imperfect, that it's ok to be who you are. Thanks Ms. Christian, I needed that.
