Dr. Friedman IS my vet! She is great, and so is the book!

Imagine my surprise when I saw this book! She really is my vet. We've been going to her for about ten years now. This book really shows the care that Dr. Friedman gives her patients. My cat Jake has made it though a lot in large part because of her skill and caring nature. She has a wonderful staff, and this book, children's book, really brings that out. Her husband, Dr. Dasaro, is just mentioned as "her husband", but he is also an excellent vet. I am giving this to my neice, and I really recommend it. I also recommend Newburgh Veterinary Hospital, but the book will have to do for all people who don't live in the Newburgh area. :) Six years later, and I am still taking my three cats to Dr. Friedman. Jake passed away in 2000, but he made it to 18!!! Two of my three cats have chronic health issues, but Dr. Friedman and her staff anve really helped things stay under control. My little girlcat Mina is sleeping in my lap right now as I write this review, having recently undergone CO2 laser oral surgery and being treated for a bladder infection.
