Jessie always felt destined for a career as a rural veterinarian, but marriage and family grounded those dreams. After the death of her husband and three years of grieving, on a whim, she answers an email seeking a vet in Wolf Creek, Wyoming. Moving to Wyoming with her daughter promises to lead Jessie to the slow-paced life she craves. Her newly purchased log-cabin home on a dirt road on the outskirts of town is a dream come true.
