Grace was hired to work in the administration offices of A.A.Allen Revivals, Inc. as an eighteen year-old secretary.

The colorful, and sometimes controversial founder, A.A. Allen, established a Christian community which originally included a Christian elementary school, high school, and specifically a Bible College with many outreaches.

The community flourished in the semi-desert land of southeastern Arizona.

The strong friendships among the diverse people of the community flourished as well.

In this coming of age memoir, Grace recalls the events and people of Miracle Valley who touched and enriched her life.
