Life changing

I use this book with clients in their therapy. It's excellent in documenting the distinction between an affirming and a harmful family dynamic, how the negatives arise in us and how we can help, as clinicians and as individual lay person, make life better. Education being the key to understand what happened to the children carrying multiple burdens, and how we can start to redefine lives, our own and others.
