Book 'em

Double Dippin' was one of the best reads I've had in years. Each day I found myself counting the minutes until I could continue reading. For 3 days I perfectly timed the baby's bath and bedtime so that I could see what scheme Amber was plotting next. Or if Asia ever snap out of her numbing fog. The story weaved and turned from chapter to chapter, leaving me anxious to get to the next. Bravo Nicole......you hit a home-run your first time up to bat. Please don't leave us waiting too long for the sequel.

"Truly Entertaining!"

I am glad that I took the time to relax and enjoy this one. Double Dippin' offers all the elements of a good read and delivers on each point. There is mystery, intrigue, romance, suspence and even a "covert operation". The book flows nicely and kept me engaged all the way through to its highly effective ending. I recommend this selection for book clubs as well...a coworker purchased this book after seeing how much I enjoyed it. We had so much fun dissecting the characters and their perspectives and particularly liked the local references to Chi-Town. Kudos to the author! Is there a sequel in the works?

This was a great book. I have been too busy to catch up on my favorite passtime,--reading. I was able to enjoy the book in between watching Hannah Montana with the baby, and netflix with the hubby. This was my book, and I enjoyed it during "mommy time". This young author did a great job rolling together the characters and making you connect to each. Even though their "stories" are different than many of ours - the main element is the same. Human nature!! What would you do in the same situation? What decisions would you make? If you could go back in time --- what would you change? Life has a way of just "happening" if we fail to make good decisions. Sometimes not making a chocie -- IS MAKING A CHOICE. The pain, passion and other emotions were all over the book. It is powerful--- and took on a life of its own. Exciting from beginning to end. A job well done!

"Quick Read"

This was a very quick read, once you start reading it's hard to stop. After the clever introduction to all the characters, the drama begins. It definitely keeps you guessing, by the end of the book I thought I had everything figured out and I was wrong. I would highly recommend curling up on the couch one Sunday morning with coffee and this book.

Critical Reviews

I don't really have time to read these days, but glad I gave this one a try. It was a page turner which deviated from the typical suspense dramas and rewarded with surprises in the end. This book is an "easy read" for those who don't have a lot of time, but want something fun, sassy and interesting to read!
