In the present, she's mostly done with anything having to do with the industry. That's until a video of her becomes the talk of the town Immediately, Doris get's a new opportunity to reach the fame she wanted since she was first drawn. The doors are open again, but Hollywood still has just as many dangers, if not more than when she was newly inked. On her journey, she'll come across studio notes, fan pressure, and frustration from a new cartoon character named Dawn who is pushing Doris near the edge of her patience.
