I have read all of Richerds' books and the man just keeps geting better each year. This is such an interesting book about London, about the highs and lows of urban life, about peoples lives. What really grips you is the believability of the characters - after reading a few pages, you start to believe that the main characters are your own friends - you share their in their trials and tribulations. An amazing unpretentious talent. More Please!!!! Waiting for the next novel already (who needs JK Rowland??)
