I suffered a bite from the envy bug when I read it

Toberman is a man who has lived the wanderlust dream while surviving in the corporate world. Throughout his life, he has periodically managed to leave the cubicle environment to move out and experience the primitive side of life. He has walked through jungles, climbed volcanoes and stayed in hotels so primitive that he would have gone upscale if he had transferred to a "fleabag hotel." This book is a chronicle of his adventures and I read it with a twinge of jealousy. Many of his adventures are of the kind that I would like to have taken in my life. None of my travels could be described as roughing it, but in many ways that is the only way to truly experience how the local people live. To stand on the edge of an active volcano and smell the odors of the Earth is one step closer to heaven. That is one of the many things that Toberman has done and I am sure you will also experience a bite of the envy bug when you read this book.
Review by a Working Stiff

I found this delightful book to be light-hearted, enjoyable and informative. By working for a corporation, and listening to other's travels, I thought I had to travel far and wide to have a great adventure. Jay's book gave me some ideas on how to make any trip an adventure. I feel that this book has achieved its goal of enlightening people like me to take the time to enjoy whatever adventure you can afford.
