The fact that the bank managers only thought of their own prosperity, but not the welfare of their employees, did not interest the management members at that time. Now the Federal Constitutional Court is aware of it. Not one of the managers had the will to support me in my work and in the defense against my colleagues. It was this miserable in my workplace in the five banks I had worked. If I was feeling like this, then even today workers still do not feel well in their workplace. This defeat must be combated.
